“Lavinia and Dan were excellent hosts. We made regional dishes that were extremely flavorful and fun to make. Lavinia included us in every step of the process. Dan, while not a cook, explained much of the rich history of Bucharest and Romania. We truly had an excellent time and came away feeling like we'd just had lunch with friends and not been given a perfunctory class. We were emailed copies of the recipes that included how to make the dishes with ingredients found in the USA. We cannot over-emphasize how much we recommend this class.”
