A lot of the negative reviews that I have read could be avoided if general housekeeping information is followed, booking information is read properly and punctuality adhered to as with any other tour in any other city. “Very well managed with the reservation and the information update, thank you! The tour is quite short and the guide doesn't speak loudly enough and it was very difficult to hear, even if the information and the stories were very interesting. The maintenance of the building impressed us very bad - windows are very dirty and cables are installed in the ugliest possible way on the stairs and on the halls. It is needed more attention to the maintenance. The chandeliers were so dusty, that they were grey instead of shining and glittering. But all in all was a well spent time and it was interesting. “This was a great tour, Vladut was a very good tour guide and gave a good account of each stop and the history. My only frustration was a lack of time at Bran Castle. We queued for 40 mins in the fast track line and only had 20 mins inside before we needed to be back at the coach. Given its the main event and cost c.£27 per ticket it was incredibly disappointing. That said a good tour just more time needed at the main attraction.”
